ABOUT THE PROJECT
For this porject we will be meeting up with multiple athletes from multiple sports and running through what a typical practice looks like for them. We will also be following their diet for a week before and the week during our practices. We hope to get in 2-3 practices for each sport. Here is our timeline:
Football: Weeks 1-2
Baseball: Weeks 3-4
Soccer: Weeks 5-6
Track: Weeks 7-8
Basketball: Weeks 9-10
We will also be using footage from these practices and compiling them into a sort of docuentary that explains the in and outs of being D1!
