We are so excited for soccer week!!
Soccer Diet: Next week we will be meeting up with Emily Agejew and working on our soccer skills. We asked her about her diet and going right along with the rest of them, lots of protein. At this point in our project we have noticed a huge trend of protein eating. We were definitely expecting this to be a popular thing across all diets due to the fact that protein is critical to the process of forming energy. We have been eating things like chicken, milk, eggs, yogurt, cheese, turkey, and many other things in order to stay on track with the meals that the athletes eat. Have We Noticed Results?? We can definitely say that we have seen some results in our physical appearance, stamina, and have also come closer to reaching our goal of knowing what it takes to be an athlete. some things we've noticed so far are that you need to eat lots of protein, practice regularly, have a schedule for workouts/practices, and get lots of sleep! Documentary Process: The video is coming along very nicely and we are super excited for everyone to see the results!!
